Description:

We are seeking an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk for an organisation with a well-respected brand known for their commitment to producing quality products and delivering excellent service.

This role will be working on-site at the client's premises and will not be a remote working role.

Duties and responsibilities:

High volume invoice processing, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining the accuracy of supplier details
Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
Query resolution from customers and suppliers

Skills and experience required:

Prior experience of working in a purchase ledger environment
Strong IT proficiency, with good knowledge of MS Excel
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Self-disciplined, organised and able to work to deadlines

Hours of work:

40 hours per week

Salary and benefits:

£10.50 per hour
