Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk | Manchester City Centre| £19,000-£23,000

The is a temporary role to cover a busy period for a well known business in the city centre.

This role will be focused on providing further support an established team.

This fast paced role will include the following duties:

* Ensure invoices and payments are processed timely and accurately within the month end timetable.
* Assist with invoice postings
* Assist with supplier invoice and payment processing as well as statement reconciliations.
* Oversee supplier queries to ensure they are monitored, reviewed and resolved in a timely manner.
* Assist with daily banking and statement reconciliations.
* Assist with cash flow management.
* Improve controls and processes to add value and drive efficiency

The Ideal Candidate:

* Relevant experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role
* Strong eye for detail
* Great communication skills
* Proactive
* Good experience on MS Excel
* Numerical, analytical and able to meet deadlines
