Purchase Ledger Clerk (Part-Time)
£10.00 Per Hour
Shepshed, Loughborough

We are recruiting for our client based in Shepshed, Loughborough

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to provide purchase ledger support to a busy, prestigious organisation.

You will be collating, and processing invoices received via email, with the need to go to the office once a week to collect and drop off invoices.

This is a part time position, flexibly working three days per week (Example Hours - 08.45am - 5pm)

The role will have initial training in the office, moving to home working (all equipment required is provided), until they decide to return to the office to work. Fantastic support is available.

There will be the requirement to work an extra day at the end of each month for the month end financials.

This is a temporary role initially, but ongoing, but with potentially a permanent opportunity in the future.

The role involves the following:

Manning the invoice email, printing off invoices and inputting them to the system

Liaising with account departments and the rest of the office and warehouse team

Updating the database with changes

Ensuring invoices are processed accurately and effectively.

General admin support

The successful candidate will have the following:

Diligent and task focused

Able to do basic tasks on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets

Experience of using Opera (Pegasus) System or similar

Able to add information on to a database accurately and in a timely manner

Excellent customer service skills

Be able to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads

Ability to work as part of team

Excellent computer skills

Work well under pressure
