Purchase Ledger Clerk - Leeds

THE COMPANY:

This is a fast growing, long standing, FMCG business, who have been running for over 40 years. With their Head Office based in South East Leeds, the company have gone through significant change and growth over the last 18 months, and they are now looking to recruit a new Purchase Ledger Clerk, to join their accounts payable team.

THE JOB:

This role will work as part of a team of 7 in accounts payable, and report directly to the Purchase Ledger Manager.

The key duties of the role will include:

Matching, checking and coding invoices
Query resolution
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Filing invoices
Data entry
Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
Building & maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
Adhoc Month End & Year End duties

THE PERSON:

The successful candidate will have:

A minimum of 18 months experience in purchase ledger processing - Essential
The ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment - Essential
