Purchase Ledger Clerk Leicester £23,000 - £25,000 Full Time, PermanentSF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a fantastic business based in Leicester. This is a full time, permanent role but our client will also consider someone looking for 4 days a week. You will join a business who have a well-known name in their market & can offer an attractive salary and benefits along with an excellent working environment, a supportive team and free onsite parking. the role reports to the Financial Controller in a high volume transaction environment, the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for: - Input and matching of supplier invoices - Input of employee expenses - Bank reconciliation - Processing supplier BACS payments - Inter-company cross charging and credit card reconciling - Liaising with other departments to ensure they are fully appreciative and compliant with company standard procedures necessary for AP performance standards to be met - Maintain vendor relationships through timely payments and excellent service levels effectively with a very strong 'customer service' ethos - Supplier statement reconciliations The successful applicant will have: - Strong purchase ledger experience - Excel systems experience - Good attention to detail - Hardworking and proactive This is an excellent opportunity for a progressive individual who is looking to join a forward thinking business in Leicester.
