Purchase Ledger Clerk

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a growing manufacturing business on a permanent basis.The role will be to to provide assistance and support on the Purchase Ledger and ensuring that our suppliers are paid on time and accurately. Key duties will include; processing purchase ledger invoices, filing all correspondence on a timely basis, dealing with supplier queries, ensuring payments are made by the expected dates and within weekly payment forecasts and managing set accounts and balancing statements.This role requires somebody to come in and hit the ground running meaning that you must have previous purchase ledger experience. You will be working in a small Purchase Ledger team, who will provide an excellent support system to embed quickly into the team. You will be joining a close knit team who are looking forward to welcoming somebody new into the business. This opportunity is paying up to £25,000 for the right person along with other benefits of working at the company, including' 25 days holiday + statutory, a strong pension scheme and flexi working (once ingratiated into the team).
