Elevation Recruitment Group Accountancy & Finance are working with a well-known, highly credible business based in Rotherham as they look to expand their team with the appointment of an experienced & enthusiastic Accounts Payable Clerk on a full-time, permanent basis!Key responsibilities - *Maintain purchase ledger database *Matching orders, delivery tickets and invoices *Process all invoices for payment including utilities *Leasing with suppliers re payments, queries, etc. *Reconciling supplier statement *Follow the company's sub-contract payment procedure *Check CIS/Insurance details are up to date prior to payment *Process certificates for payment via matrix and non-matrix orders *Liaising with sub-contractors re payments *Any other duties as may be appropriate If you feel you meet the criteria for this role and are interested in being put forward please do not hesitate to apply or contact me to discuss.
