Purchase Ledger Clerk

Description:

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team, based in the North West region (Knowsley). You will be working on a full-time, 6-month contract, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £19k to £21,000 per annum Plus Benefits.

Responsibilities for the Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:

Matching, checking and coding invoices

Reconciliation of supplier statements

Dealing with invoice queries

Monitoring invoice approvals

Communicating with suppliers and internal/external customers to resolve issues

Assisting with the processing of BACS payments

What we are looking for in our ideal Purchase Ledger:

Previous experience working in a purchase ledger role. Good Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables, proficient in using IT systems, including Microsoft office software in particular Outlook, Word and Excel. Good analytical skills.
