Description

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Processing of invoices and payments
  • Payment runs
  • Sales Invoices
  • Cash Receipts
  • Reconciliations of Petty Cash
  • Daily Bank reconciliations
  • Reconciliations of Expenses
  • Month End Procedures
  • Reconciling supplier's monthly statements

Profile

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will:

  • Some Purchase Ledger experience would be advantageous
  • Intermediate Excel
  • AAT Qualified not essential
  • A proactive attitude to work
  • Attention to detail
  • A true self starter
  • A team Player
  • Strong communicator both written and verbal
