An exciting opportunity as a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a minimum of 6 months to cover MAT Leave. This role is based in Salford and offering up to £24,000

Description

Duties include:

  • Processing and matching invoices
  • Resolving queries and discrepancies
  • Propose payment schedules
  • Process expenses
  • Daily cash bank reconciliations, unallocated cash and aged creditors reports
  • Support month end processes
  • Posting accounts transactions
  • Maintaining ledger information
  • Reconciliation of monthly statements
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have sound experience within a purchase ledger role - essential
  • Have experience within a shared service environment - essential
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills - essential
  • Be able to work within a team and independently - desirable

This role is offering up to £24,000 + hybrid working
