Immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk required to join a friendly but well-respected business conveniently located within walking distance of Kingston train stations. With the benefit of working within newly designed offices you will head up the day to day accounts payable duties including matching, batching & coding invoices, supplier payments, reconciliations and resolving any queries in relation to these processes efficiently. Applicants must be able to demonstrate recent purchase ledger experience and as this is an interim assignment initially, candidates must be immediately available . We are looking for the following attributes:
·Previous purchase ledger experience
·Good communication skills
·Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
·A can-do attitude with a problem solving approach
·A Self- sufficient nature, able to work solely as well as part of a team
·Good IT skills (SAP an advantage)
