Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working once again with a leading technology company based in the Scottish Borders. My client is looking to add a finance assistant to their growing team on a full time permanent basis. The successful candidate will maintain the companies ledgers and support the wider finance team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining companies purchase ledger
  • Processing high volume of invoices
  • Resolving queries from both internal and external parties
  • Provide support to the finance team with clerical tasks
  • Ad hoc tasks from the Purchase Ledger Manager

Candidate

  • Experience of purchase ledgers
  • Enthusiastic person with a keen eye for details
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Outstanding organisational skills
