Location: Normanton

Working hours: Monday - Friday DAYS

Salary: £22,000

We are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy, friendly department in a fast-growing construction and civil engineering company with active sites across the UK and Head office in Normanton.

You will be based in the Normanton office and joining a friendly team in a fast paced and enjoyable working environment.

Main Duties

Checking and coding Plant Hire/Haulage and Material Invoices for processing
Keeping accurate records and recording data onto Excel Spreadsheet
Dealing with any Supplier queries
Answering calls and directing to relevant departmentRequirements

Experience of purchase ledger
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Good communication skills
Good excel and word processing skills
Flexibility and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
