Elite Finance Recruitment is working with a client whom operates internationally within the hospitality and leisure industry. Due to continued company growth (even throughout the pandemic) they are expanding the finance function and therefore seeking a new Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Reporting to the Finance Manager your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Processing of supplier invoices
  2. Reconciling supplier accounts and statement
  3. Sending remittance advices to suppliers
  4. Assist with bank reconciliation process
  5. Preparing the weekly payment run
  6. Checking and processing staff expenses
  7. Checking and matching delivery notes
  8. Ad-hoc analysis as and when the business requires

Person Specification

Good team player

Excellent communication skills

Minimum of ONE year's accounts experience

Be organised, accurate and have an inquisitive nature

Good IT skills with intermediate excel as a minimum
