Main Duties

  • Weekly rota for covering department inboxes
  • Route invoices in GS with multi currencies and tax codes
  • Processing invoices in
  • Prepare weekly cashflow
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Adhoc wire payments
  • Replying to vendor and internal queries
  • Monthly/regular vendor statement reconciliations
  • Creating and house keeping vendor profiles
  • To undertake other general accounting duties as requested by senior management
