OVERVIEW

Over the next 12 months you'll be working in the Accounts Payable function working closely with the supervisor whilst a member of the team is off on maternity leave!

You will have probably worked in similar sized business before where you are used to working on the whole function from start to finish rather than just processing high volumes of invoices. There is an element of that as it's a busy department working similar to a shared service head office, but you will also need to be confident with the following.

  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Processing expenses and credit card payments
  • Reporting for month end
  • Supporting to the supervisor with reporting and other additional month end duties

Initially this role will be based fully office based for training, but this will then move to have options of some working from home for mid to end of the contract.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of the full Purchase ledger function essential
  • Can hit the ground running
  • Available to commit to a 12-month contract
  • Full time office based then moving to hybrid
  • Ideally available to start by the end of January
