My Walsall based company are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

Duties will include:-

  • Logging, maintaining and filing invoices
  • Payment processing & authorisation
  • Posting and monitoring petty cash
  • Investigating purchase ledger queries
  • Producing company reports
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Processing personal and company expenses
  • Assisting with queries and reporting

Key Skills:-

  • Essential you have worked within a purchase ledger role previously
  • If you have a background in construction this would be advantageous
  • Excellent IT Skills with good attention to detail
  • Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak to people at all levels
