Our client is a retail business based in Bournemouth who have got big plans for growth over the next 15 months. The business is situated near public transport links and a commutable distance from the M27.

Job Description

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:

Deciding payment terms

Sorting out queries and disputes

Processing high volumes of invoices

Supplier statement reconciliations

Month end processes regarding Accounts Payable

Inputting and processing data into ERP financial systems

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful for the Purchase Ledger Clerk role you must:

Have previously worked within a similar position and be able to demonstrate this

Have strong communication skills

Work effectively both in a team and independently

Studying towards or qualified in AAT

Be able to multitask

Be a confident user of Excel
