Purchase Ledger Clerk

Description:

I am currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for my client in Romford.

The purchases clerk will be responsible for

Processing high volume of purchases invoices (coding and posting)

Organising Invoices for Authorisation , liaising with staff to ensure invoices are signed on timely basis.

Supplier statements reconciliations

Dealing with suppliers queries courteously and efficiently.

Additional ad-hoc duties to support the finance department.

We are looking for

A highly motivated and fast learner individual

Intermediate Excel (pivot tables and Vlook up formulas)

Excellent numeracy and analytical Skills.

A team player

Able to use a variety of integrating systems ( accounting and operational ones)

Able to prioritise jobs

AAT level 3 or accountancy studies would be advantageous

Location: Romford

Salary: £20,000 to £22,000

Required: 1 year accounting experience

Preferred: Local live
