Do you have Purchase Ledger experience and looking for an exciting new opportunity?
Our client based in Derby looking for an experienced accounts individual to joining there expanding team. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and dealing with the whole purchase ledger process, from end to end, including dealing with reconciliations.
Within this position, you will be responsible for:
* Dealing with a high volume of purchase invoices
* Raising purchase orders and codes
* Matching and coding of invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Carrying out month end procedures and ledger management
* Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries
* Administering of receipts and payments
* Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing supplier account details
* Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
To be considered for the role, you will have the following essentials:
* Current or recent experience with a purchase ledger focused role
* Confidence to investigate and deal with queries
* Confident with the usage of Excel on a day-to-day basis
* Excellent communication skills
Salary and Working Hours:
Salary is £19,500 - £23,000 per annum, dependant on experience
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00pm (With some flexibility)
