Our client offer world-class solutions to factories aiming to simplify loading and unloading procedures. Able to integrate into existing production lines to improve speed and accuracy as well as reduce risks.

Capable of designing, manufacture and installing automatic and manual loading systems at our factories in the United Kingdom, U.S.A. and the Netherlands. Their global network of distributors, makes their loading systems accessible to customers from six continents.

JOB ROLE

Providing overall support to a team of staff from production to finance. To help to ensure that the site is maintained to the standard required and the correct policies and procedures of the Company are followed and maintained. To work in conjunction with other members of the production and finance team, organising and prioritising workloads of a routine nature on a daily/weekly basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensure all invoices are entered against the relevant orders either in SAGE (JCS) or Factory master (JIL). Ensure all quantities and costs on paperwork matches against supplier invoices correctly with any queries resolved with the Buyer/relevant personnel

* Chase up and resolve all queries with relevant personnel submitted on a spreadsheet twice weekly, ensuring that the results of the findings are recorded and maintained accurately.

* Filing of all HR Personnel, and banking filing (WM)

* Set up and process supplier payments on both companies through SAGE on a monthly basis following direction from Accounts Manager

* Take control of Accounts email box, as back up cover during periods of sickness and holidays, ensuring that all invoices and statements are printed out daily and passed to relevant personnel for inputting to the SAGE/Factory Master accounting systems. This will require monitoring through out the day and kept up to date

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

* Must be fully conversant with SAGE

* Experience of successfully delivering against contractual targets.

* Excellent, clear and confident written skills, presentation skills and report writing

* Actively implements best practices and continuously reviews to improve service, creates a continuously improve work ethic.

* Commitment to ensure that all service promises are delivered to agreed standards and value for money

* Able to build effective working relations with staff members and external clients to the highest level

* High level of self-motivation, organisational ability and drive to meet deadlines

* Ability to priorities work task for themselves and the team
