A fantastic opportunity has become available for a proven Purchase Ledger Clerk to join my client on a temporary to permanent basis!

Client Details

My client is a large organisation based in Coalville who are looking to recruit a temporary to permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk into the team. This position will be office based 5 days per week and they can offer longer term progression opportunities for the right candidate.


· Processing high volumes of invoices ranging in high and low values

· Complex statement reconciliations

· Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries for suppliers

· Assisting with the accurate and timely delivery of the payment run

· Supporting the period end reporting process

· Ad hoc accounting projects and administrative duties


The successful candidate must have exposure within Purchase Ledger. You must also have good excel skills including V Look Ups and Pivot Tables.

The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator both written and verbally, with a positive attitude. You should have the ability to work well within a large close-knit team.
