Purchase Ledger Clerk

Mosaic Recruitment are looking for an efficient and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for our client who are based just outside of Hertford.

This is a temporary position which could possibly go permanent.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

The successful candidate will be able to provide a complete Purchase Ledger service whilst maintaining complete confidentiality, accuracy within in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include:

  • Coding all purchase invoices/credits
  • Setting up new suppliers
  • Reconciliation, input, and payments
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Month end procedure for Purchase Ledger
  • Preparation of information for annual audit
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required
  • Maintain contact with suppliers
  • Assist the Head of Finance when necessary
