Fancy earning some extra $$ before December Festivities? We are advertising for a Purchase Ledger Clerk!

You will be part of small team, working for a construction company in the Centre of Honiton. You must have experience of SAGE and previous experience within Purchase Ledger Roles.

Provisionally a 1 month contract, there is potential this will extended further. They offer flexible working hours of 25 - 30hrs per week between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £10 - 11 per hour

Hours: 25-30hrs per week between 8am - 5pm

Location: Honiton

Duties:

Raising and generating invoices
Reviewing/monitoring new and existing customer accounts
Following Credit Control procedures
Liaising with customer regarding payment queries
Ensure all monies have been posted to the appropriate accounts
Maintain various related documentsSpecification:

Purchase Ledger Clerk experience
SAGE experience
Good numerical and administrative skills
Competent IT skills
Good telephone and interpersonal skills
