And the role…

As Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be working as part of a small team doing the following:

* Processing of purchase invoices in a timely and accurate manner

* Ensuring suppliers are paid accordingly to our terms

* Maintaining a tidy purchase ledger, including regular review of unallocated cash and filing documents

* Working with the business and suppliers to ensure queries are resolved quickly and efficiently

* Setting up new accounts and amending existing accounts in line with company procedure

* Ensure accurate and timely CIS reporting

* Statement reconciliations

Hours of work: 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

What we're looking for…

Relevant experience is essential for this role, ideally working within a purchase ledger role. Customer service skills are needed as you will be liaising with both internal customers and external suppliers. The department is a busy one so you will need to thrive within a busy environment. You will need to have strong organisation skills and have the ability to prioritise your workload.

You'll be a personable and enthusiastic individual who is a real team player.
