Assist Resourcing are seeking an Purchase ledger to fulfil this exciting new role that is based at our client site in Skelmersdale.

Key Responsibilities

Processing invoices and reconciling to purchase orders
Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details within the purchase ledger
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Resolving queries smoothly and efficiently
Ensuring the integrity of purchase orders and receipts
Supporting with general office duties and provide ad-hoc reportingShift times & working hours

Monday to Friday

09:00 - 17:00
37.5 hour weekWhat we need from you:

Experience of Sage
Have experience working as a purchase ledger clerk - essential
Be proactive - essential
Be able to communicate effectively with internal and external colleagues
