Purchase Ledger Clerk

Description:

My Client, a leading company based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk with some additional duties.

The role is paying between £23,000 to £25,000 on a full time permanent basis with the hours between 9am till 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

The role will involve -

Processing supplier invoices
Supplier statement reconcilliation
Dealing with queries from suppliers
Checking and processing staff expense claims
Processing company credit card expenses
Preparing documents ready for payment runs
Maintenance of the purchase ledger
Processing payments
Multi currency bank reconciliations
Assisting with schedules for management accounts
The ideal candidate will possess -

Previous experience within Purchase Ledger/Accounts Administration
Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Administration skills
Microsoft Office experience including Excel
Fantastic Numerical skills
