Purchase Ledger Clerk

Our client is well-established, growing and reputable business located in the Bicester area. They have a new permanent requirement in their Accounts team for a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • High volume processing of Accounts Payable.
  • Supplier payment allocations.
  • Checking and coding invoices on the ERP system.
  • Resolving supplier queries.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth and timely payment of invoices.
  • Other adhoc Finance admin duties.

Candidates that apply should have previous experience of working in Accounts, ideally invoicing. You should be organised, with good attention to detail, pro-active and be a team player. A good understanding of Excel and Sage is useful.

On offer is a salary of between 20-22k depending on experience plus benefits.
