My client bases in the Evesham area of Worcestershire is looking top recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full-time permanent basis

The main responsibilities for the role include

- management of monthly purchase ledger, including supplier invoice administration, matching to PO's, logging queries, chasing credits
- Generating month end payments ready to pass to the finance manager for payment
- meet and greet clients and customers for meetings at our premises - 'front of house' client liaison so to speak
- Opening and distributing daily post, goods in administration and general office duties
- Answering and directing calls

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Quickbooks experience would be favourable but not essential
- Must have previous experience in bookkeeping and understand basic concepts such as double entry bookkeeping
- Excellent Communication skills

The office opens between (Apply online only) but there is a degree of flexibility to work 7hours per day within this window and the salary on offer is up to £20,000
