Our client based in Avonmouth, Bristol are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work in their Accounts Department.

Main Responsibilities:

Answering incoming telephone messages in a friendly and professional manner

General duties for example receiving and distributing incoming mail

Liaising with all employees regarding telephone messages

Opening of new supplier accounts

Ensuring daily payment requests are actioned

Manage query and payments database

Manage email inbox's

Ensuring invoices received are saved

Ensure monthly supplier statements are received for statement reconciliation's

Work experience requirements:

Work experience within an office environment essential

Confident and clear telephone manner

Administration background

Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment

Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness

Ability to multi task and prioritise own tasks as required

Education Requirements:

• Good general level of Education including English and IT

Working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
