Full time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Maidenhead
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Our Maidenhead based client are seeing a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support their Finance department on a full-time basis for a 12-month fixed term contract.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities as a Purchase Ledger Clerk will include, but not be limited to:

* Process payable documents and ensuring data in the Purchase Ledger is accurate and up to date

* Input invoices to the Purchase Ledger from suppliers

* Process bank transactions and to month end deadlines

* Ensure queries are answered in a timely manner

CANDIDATE

Ideally, a Purchase Ledger Clerk will possess the following skills:

* Two years' experience within an accounting/purchase ledger environment

* Oracle and Concur experience desirable

* Good computer skills including Microsoft Office

* Good communication skills and able to multitask
