Purchase Ledger. Our client, based in Hinckley has engaged RECfinancial on an exclusive basis to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk to join their growing team. Being immediately available or on a short notice period, you will have a solid understanding of all elements of Purchase Ledger. Your role will involve the following;

* Processing of payments to suppliers and within the business

* Ensuring all payments are not duplicated

* Ensuring the cashbook is up to date resolve any queries arising from it

* Review all employee expenses and reconcile the bank statement against business cards

* You will also be responsible for reviewing sundry expenses and ensuring they are processed or not

* Make use of the company internet banking facilities

* Understand where VAT is applicable and review any potential fraud claims

* Solid systems experience including Excel
