Description

Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
Monthly Payment runs by BACS and cheque
Interim Mid-month payment run by BACS and cheque
Monthly Aged Creditors Balance Review
Matching Delivery Notes to Orders and Invoices
Reconcile Supplier Statements
Maintaining the invoice log
Manage supplier queries by telephone and email
Ensuring invoices are returned from each department in a timely manner
Set up new Supplier Accounts as and when needed
Updating Site Contacts on the Purchase Order System Profile

Ideally you will have had some exposure to a Purchase Ledger Clerk position
MS Office (Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills
