Purchase Ledger Clerk

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established multi channel retailer based in Perry Barr.

Duties include:

Inputting purchase invoices and credit notes on to the system on a weekly basis
Matching and checking invoices against purchase orders and coding invoices
Processing payments via BACS
Reconciling the purchase ledger and supplier accounts
Setting up new supplier accounts
Handling internal and external queries via telephone and email

Previous experience within a purchase ledger role is required
Proficient with all MS applications
A quick learner
Self motivated
Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am till 5.30pm

This role will be for a minimum of 6 weeks however, a permanent position could be offered to the best suited candidate.
