Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: - Preston

Salary:- £9.89 P.H.

**Please note this a FTC running for 12 months to cover maternity leave**

Role:-

A fantastic opportunity to join a busy and reputable company as their purchase ledger clerk, you must have experience of working within this field. An eye for detail, able to work alone to deadlines. And also able to work in a team.

Day to day duties:

- Check invoices against statements

- Update relevant spreadsheets and documents

- Manage statements to match monthly records

- Assisting with general office duties

- Checking timesheets and payroll systems

Qualifications and Experience:

Must have experience of working with a similar role

Must be proficient with MS packages

ideally have experience of Sage or other relevant payroll packages

This role will be based on a 32 hour week; working hours can be arranged to your personal lifestyle preference.
