Purchase Ledger Clerk
£12 - £14p/h dependent on experience
8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
Immediate start
Temp to Perm opportunity

Duties;

Responsible for managing the day to day purchases process for the business
Processing invoices through to our accounting software
Ensure PO processes are adhered to
Complete Statement Reconciliations
Assist with Month End tasks (Prepayments/Accruals)
Supplier payment runs and allocating payments
Work with finance team to support colleagues
Work on driving improvementExperience required;

Previous experience working in a similar Purchase Ledger Role
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
A team player who works effectively with others
Ability to work on own initiative to prioritise own workload
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure
