Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are recruiting for a well-established, leading company in Bishop's Stortford who are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their established team, on a permanent basis.
There is on-site parking, working hours are 9-5 ( currently introducing flexible working including days from home, Yearly bonus and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

You would be responsible for owning the whole purchase ledger process

Key Responsibilities as follows:

• Control & process all transactional input into the Purchase Ledger, creating and posting journals where necessary
• Post all supplier invoices
• Set up new suppliers
• Control and prepare supplier payments (BACS, manual payments
• Process all expense claims for the ledger, prepare payments

Key Requirements for the role:

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in purchase ledger is essential
• Previous experience with multi-currency environment
• Time Management
• Written and verbal communication
• Prioritising work
• Performance under pressure
• Experience of high volume and double entry processing
