Our client based near Wellingborough is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis.

Main duties will include:-

Process purchase invoices for payment - seeking authorisation, checking and coding invoices.
Ensure accounts email is monitored, and queries resolved, in conjunction with sales ledger.
Filing invoices.
Reconcile supplier statements.
Create new suppliers.
Prepare supplier payment runs.
Post payments to supplier accounts(currently manual)
Keep creditor ledger up to date, and accurate.
Assist with bank reconciliation, posting all payments.
Process credit card expenses.The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, and be IT literate - knowledge of SAGE 50 is essential.

Working hours are Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours.
