Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk / Office Assistant

Location: Cramlington

Salary: £18K - £22K

I am looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join my client in Cramlington.

Working Monday to Friday you will report directly to the finance manager.

Your main responsibilites will include but not be limited:

Maintaining the Purchase Ledger
Reconciling the monthly Accounts
Bank Reconciliation
Petty Cash
Disputing Invoices
Answering Phones
Scanning and Storing Delivery Notes on the system
Filing and Scanning Documents
Scanning and Sending Timesheets
Generating the Late Report and Holiday Report
Sorting/Opening Post
Processing Holidays
Setting Up Customers and Suppliers
Printing Monthly Timesheets
Organising Manager and Employee of the Month
Creating New Starter Packs for New Employees
Setting Up New Staff on Uattend
Posting Letters
Placing Adhoc Orders and Stationery Orders
Organising Refreshments and Food for meetings and setting up the boardroom
Cleaning the Boardroom before leaving for the day
Organising Travel and Accommodation

To be considered for the role you must:

Have previous experience in a similar role
Be available on short notice
Ideally have Xero exprience
Be flexible
