Purchase Ledger Clerk

Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of our Leominster based client who require a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing. collaborative team on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be expected to join our clients' busy accounts team and provide an efficient accounting service.

What you will be doing:

* Processing purchase invoices

* Matching invoices to orders and delivery tickets

* Inputting matched invoices on computerised system

* Processing credit notes

* Resolving invoice queries

* Producing reports as and when required

* Reconciling supplier statements at month end

* Making payments to suppliers on a weekly basis

* Taking telephone calls and dealing with supplier's queries

What we are looking for:

* A capable administrator

* Experience of processing purchasing invoice

* A willingness to learn and able to take direction

* Computer literacy

Salary offered for this role will be commensurate with experience, circa £16,000 - £19,000.
Car parking is available on site.
