Purchase Ledger Clerk - Burstow

Job Summary:

The role will be working within accounts payable and as part of a team and reporting to the Payables Manager

Job Description:

Main duties include accountability for the following:

* Invoices received and checked for authorised signatures

* Match supplier goods received note

* GRN'ing to purchase order

* Process invoices

* Scanning internal documents

* Statement reconciliation

* Ensure deadlines & targets are adhered to

* Dealing with telephone queries

* Any other duties to support the team

* The above is not an exhaustive list of duties

Qualifications:

* N/a

Skills/Experience:

* Microsoft excel an advantage but not essential

* A good team player

* Knowledge of Evision/Syrinx an advantage but not essential

* An excellent communicator

* Worked in a payables role before
