Purchase Ledger Clerk, £21,000, Temporary to Permanent, Ringwood


You are a highly experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk, who has worked with large accounts. You are available for an immediate start and have experience in ensuring a high level of accuracy and managing the company's expenditure.


As Purchase Ledger Clerk you'll be joining a growing company with the following responsibilities:

Accurate maintenance of the Purchase Ledger
Timely entry of purchase invoices and processing of staff expenses
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Posting of cash payments
Answering any queries regarding purchase ledger with suppliers
Posting credit card statements to correct general ledger codesBackground

With relevant experience within a finance/accounts team you'll:

Competent use of SAP is preferred but not required
Confidently handle high volumes of invoices each month
Have a keen eye for detail
Be confident communicating on the phone
