Murray Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator for a temporary contract to start immediately with one of our well-established Client's who are a Facilities Management company based in Central Glasgow.

Reporting to the Account's Supervisor you shall work closely within the purchase ledger team to ensure accurate input of all purchase ledger invoices. This is a role that involves processing a high volume of invoices and high accuracy is required.

Processing high volume invoices onto internal system Xero
Statement reconciliation's
General ad-hoc administration

Previous purchase ledger/accounts payable experience advantageous
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Microsoft Office and Xero experience desired

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Salary is £10.50hr
