Purchase Ledger.
Our client a successful business based in Hinckley that's gone through superb growth in the last few years is looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their small friendly team.

Reporting to the Finance Controller you will be responsible and accountable for assisting with the Purchase Ledger function.

This role is initially temporary, but has every chance to go permanent.

The Role:
*Processing invoices, credit notes and petty cash forms.
*Dealing with supplier and internal queries in a timely and efficient manner.
*Reconciliation of statements on a monthly basis, making sure queries are resolved
*Assisting with payment runs.
*Setting up of new suppliers on the system, including sending confirmation letters
*Solid knowledge of direct debits would be advantageous

Hours are 37.5 per week with some degree of flexibility in start and finish times.

Remote working is currently in place and training will be given for the successful candidate.
