Purchase Ledger Clerk



Keeler Recruitment are excited to exclusively represent a well-established client within the Diss area who are in search of a Purchase Ledger. The principal aspects of this role are to ensure the timely and accurate processing, authorisation and payment of all supplier invoices and query resolution.

Key responsibilities

Processing supplier invoices and employee expense claims
Liaising with the operations team as required to resolve issues associated with the payment processes
Raising any issues with the senior team members
Dealing with queries via telephone and email
Having input to improve and streamline accounts payable processes
Personal attributes

Communicate clearly with all staff members at different levels
Excellent customer service skills
Confident in resolving customer queries over the phone
Great organisational skills
A minimum of 6 months experience is required for this role.
