Purchase Ledger Clerk Not even 2020 has been able to hold this business back; they've continued working and growing throughout. Now, as we head into 2021, they're looking to strengthen their accounts team with the addition of a Purchase Ledger Clerk. About the role In an average week, you might find yourself: * Reconciling supplier statements * Processing invoices * Supporting senior team members with the implementation or maintenance of controls, processes, documentation etc * Interacting and building relationships with suppliers * Performing payment runs * And more Standard working hours are 08:00 - 17:00, with an early finish on Friday. About you To do all of that, you must have: * Relevant experience in a similar role * Fantastic communication skills over email/phone * Strong organisation/admin skills * Ability to reliably work to deadlines * Experience with the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word etc) * High attention to detail What's in it for you? The salary on offer for this role is up to £21,500, depending on your experience. Please note in order to be considered for this role you will need to have experience of working in a paperless / electronical purchase ledger function, unfortunately the client will not consider candidates who are not used to this way of working.
