Our client is a large, stable and well established business based in Nottingham in between Mansfield and Newark. It has a great finance team - the staff are relaxed, friendly and inclusive.
Description
Due to COVID 19 you will mainly be working from home, but initially you will be required to go into the office training. You will be reporting into the Finance Manager, and will working as part of the large finance team, but alongside 3 other Purchase Ledger Clerks. You will deal with purchase ledger from beginning to end. Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
matching, batching and coding c. 100 invoices per day
statement reconciliations
dealing with suppliers via email and over the telephone
making payments
updating the system

To apply for this role you must have experience of working in purchase ledger and be able to start working from early December.
Job Offer
This is initially a 6 month contract, but has the ability to become permanent. Our client is offering a salary of c. £18,000
