Purchase Ledger Clerk
Our very successful client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk, to join their busy accounts department.
Hours of work are Monday to Fri : 9.00am - 5.00pm
Job Role
* Batching, matching and coding invoices
* Logging onto system
* Ensuring authorisation
* Checking invoices to agreed purchase orders
* Statement reconciliations
* Preparation of orders in Excel Spreadsheets
* Chasing overdue accounts
* Preparation of weekly cheque run for authorisation
Skills Required
* Must have Purchase Ledger experience and have worked with high volumes of invoices
* Must be a team player with the ability to be flexible
* Self-motivated and creative within a role
* Attention to detail
* IT literate with Word and Excel
