Our Client are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team, reporting into the Finance Manager. The company are very successful in their field with a turnover in excess of £350M. The Company are modern and have a relaxed atmosphere and spend time to make sure its a great place to work.

The role of Purchase Ledger is a traditional role to include processing expenses, seven day payment plans, have overal responsibility reconciling a number of supplier statements and deal with queries and investigate to provide a solution. Update information on SAP. Assist with general audit as directed by the Finance Manager. Maintain professional relationships with third parties such suppliers and auditors. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential in this role to ensure the information flow is efficient. There is a huge amount of transactions and therefore the Purchase Ledger Clerk must be able to work accurately and in a timely manner.

Hours of work - 9-5 with occasional finish on Friday\'s on a rota at 1pm. Benefits are extensive, 25 days holiday plus 8 days, pension with good contribution from the client, free parking, free tea and coffee, relaxed culture, toaster and microwave on site
