Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £18,000pa up to £19,000pa

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Motivated and Enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Administrator required for a successful workshop in West Bromwich.

Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Administrator Duties:

·Invoice checking and processing
·Reconciling accounts and invoices
·Answering phones
·Performing routine calculations
·Producing financial reports
·Credit checking accounts
·Processing Sales Orders
·Ensuring invoices are processed correctly

Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Administrator Experience:

·Experience working in a similar accounts administrator / purchase ledger role (essential)
·Good organisational skills
·Ability to use excel
·Good telephone manner
·Experience using GDMP or Kerridge would be a benefit
